Help Desk

Using JMR’s web based help desk, you can post new support requests and access the current status of any in-progress issue. A history of all past support issues and resolutions is always available for your reference. The help desk is available to you 24×7. We encourage you to use your past issue history as a resource to help you troubleshoot future problems, saving you time and money.

You can report a new support issue or check in on the status of an existing issues by logging into the JMR SoftwareSystems Help Desk. If you do not yet have a help desk account please contact us and we would be happy to create an account for you or your staff. All JMR clients are encouraged to take advantage of this free service.
